Roles and permissions
Applies to roles:
System Administrator System Administrator (NO CRM)Roles allow you to restrict access to your subscriber management system
There are 5 user roles to choose from, each have different levels of permissions.

Manage user roles
- Select Configuration
- Select Users and Groups
- Search for the User using their username
- Select the ‘pen’ icon against the user
- Make your changes to the role/permissions and active status
- Select Update User to confirm the changes
