Manage Payment Methods
You can now use an API to add UK Direct Debt and SEPA Direct Debit payment methods to a customer's account. See the Payment Method Service

We've introduced the ability to view individual customer cases including a history of linked case notes. See BETA Customer Cases
Email Templates
We've added a 'discountedRecurringCharge’ variable to our 'change subscription' email templates.
What's fixed
- We've fixed an issue which meant Sky customer addresses were not updated in SAS when they were updated in the CRM
- In some cases you were unable to search for a customer using some UK postcodes so we've increased the 'max length' for the postcode field
- We've corrected the change subscription email template variable 'amountDue'
- We've fixed an issue with a link on the 'Check customer code' page. The issue occured when a promotion was removed from a discount and one of the single use promo codes had already been redeemed.
