You can now access our new CRM interface directly by using your existing login credentials. We've also introduced a new landing page.
Marketing and contact preferences
We now remind you to check a customer's marketing and contact preferences when cancelling a contract.
What we've fixed
- We've fixed an issue which meant you couldn't see actions (within Recent Activity) which contained lots of data
- We've fixed an issue with BACS response files which contained a whitespace within returnDescription field
- We've made a change to stop database connections being left open
