Email Templates are here
Customising your email communications with your customers has never been easier.
You can now:
- Create email templates for product purchase and crossgrades on a customer’s account through SSM’s configuration tool. (More email templates will be coming, just now only available for product purchase and crossgrades emails)
- Customise the email layout and content using HTML; so simply drop the code into the template.
- Make changes to an existing template including enabling and disabling a template.
- Personalise emails using email sender friendly names.
- SSM automatically checks the customer’s country and will default to that country’s sender email address. (This needs to be setup within the Configuration tool, if the customer’s country is not available, then the default email address will be used)
