Singula® Subscriber Intelligence Release Notes: October 2020

Version 1.1 is here!

What’s new

  • Subscriber Searches: The latest iteration of segmentation has now been released! We completely redesigned how you search for your subscribers, to focus on offering a data-driven solution. This new functionality means that filters can easily be added to the application whenever new data is pushed to the data pipeline. The UI has been updated to make filtering quick and simple, and the subscriber search list means you can keep your most commonly used searches for later. Find out more in our subscriber searches guide here.

What's changed

  • Dashboard: We made some changes to our decision moments dashboard. Our chord chart implementation was a big step forward from our previous visualisation, but we felt it still wasn't the best that it could be. While we work on ironing out the kinks, we have introduced a new tiles and movements chart. This allows you to see your totals for your decision moments and, importantly, how many subscribers are moving in and out of the moments over time. There's more detail in the documentation here.

Coming soon

  • Scorecards and Strategies: We're about to start work on our first version of scorecards and strategies. The next release will include the ability to see the scorecard for your subscription business, see what the recommended strategies are for your subscriber base, and download subscriber lists for each of your strategies. This is the first step towards a whole suite of features that will allow you to take action directly from Singula Decisions to increase acquisition, grow ARPU and reduce churn.

  • Subscriber API: Using a Customer ID, you will be able to call this API and retrieve their basic details along with their scorecard and recommended strategy. This will be available in the next release, but an early version may be made available in the next couple of weeks! Stay tuned.
