BETA Customer cases
You can now add a note to an existing case and view case tags. We've also added the ability to close a case and reopen a case.
BETA Insight downloads
We have started to introduce a new downloads area which removes the need for seperate login credentials. We've still to add your existing files and ensure new files appear. Once available you'll be able to view, download and archive files.
Customer web app
We've made some performance improvements to our customer web app.
