We've improved the way we collect and store customer preferences.
Customer web app cancellation policy
We've changed the way we calculate a customers cancellation date when they are currently in a fixed term contract. We use an API to determine the cancellation date then we add 30 days. The customers will also be moved to a cancellation scheduled state.
Customer web app now accepts single use promotion codes
You can now redeem single use promo codes as well as multi-use promo codes.
What we've fixed
- Console errors were presented when using BT BUYNET
- A crossgrade issue which was presenting a PaymentProcessingException
