We have introduced new features to support a 3rd party integrator.
CRM
- You can now assign a user to an inbox in the new CRM
- We have removed access to a third party application used to provide Insight and CRM
- You can now see the Sky viewing card number associated to a customer subscription
- We've increased the number of results when search for a customer address from 7 to the maximum 25
- You can now view the entire case subject
- We've enhanced some of the errors returned when validating a customer's Sky viewing card
- Our CRM application officially comes out of BETA meaning your users don't need the BETA setting to access our new CRM.
We've fixed
- An issue which meant you were unable to change a mobile number if already set
- An issue which meant the case sub types weren't refreshed when changing the parent case type
- An issue you were unable to add Direct Debit or SEPA payment methods because of restriction applied based on default currency
- An issue which logged you out when an API returned a 403 error
- An issue which prevented you from select new inbox message priority when I have no inbox permissions
- An issue which meant duplicate payment details were added
- An issue which prevented customer iPPV purchases being displayed
- An issue which prevented you crossgrading a subscription when discount CAMPAIGN, SOURCE and PROMO was required
