We have introduced new APIs and processes to support a 3rd party integrator.
Inboxing
We've introduced the ability to manage inbox messages. You can forward to multiple inboxes, assign messages to relevant users and change the status of a message. You can also now filter available messages and send new messages to multiple inboxes.
