We've added an internal API to add a smartcard or device (does not include Sky Viewing Cards). We'll use this within our BETA app

We've made changes to configuration to ensure the BETA application can be accessed by our clients
What we've fixed
- We've fixed an issue which meant that email did not send to the customer's current email address
- We've fixed an issue which meant the Sky viewing card status 'K' was not considered valid
- We've fixed an issue in the BETA application to only show active discounts within the checkout process
- We've fixed an issue in the customer web application which meant a 'Bad request' was displayed
- We've fixed an issue in the customer web application to correct the cancellation date after a minimum term had lapsed
